lauk: daging kung pao
bahan-bahan:
daging (3 orang makan)
3 ulas bawang putih-mayang
1 inci halia-mayang
1/2 labu bawang besar-hiris
5-7 biji cili kering-potong 1.5-2 cm
3 biji cili padi (tak nak pedas ganti cili merah)
daun bawang dan daun sup-potong
sos tiram
sos cili
sos ikan/ nampla
hiasan- kacang gajus, carrot, brokoli
cara-cara:
1. goreng kacang gajus-asingkan
2.goreng daging separuh masak-asingkan
3.tumis cili kering sehingga naik bau, masukkan bawang putih dan halia, tumis sehingga naik bau.
4. masukkan daging, sayur, bawang besar, cili padi,sos tiram, sos cili, sos ikan secukup rasa.
5. bila sayur dah lembut masukkan daun sup dan daun bawang. akhir sekali kacang gajus.
