High concentration of Vitamin C

breakfast: flat bread pizza


bahan-bahan:

seekor ikan bawal putih (perap denga halia yang ditumbuk)
 halia (hiris halus)
1 ulas bawang putih
sedikit bawang holland hiris
daun sup
tomato
bunga kubis
lobak merah
capsicum

letak semua bahan didalam pinggan, kukus dalam pengukus selama 10-15 minit. siap untuk dihidangkan. 
* kalau untk baby 1 tahun ke atas boleh tambah perahan limau sikit.
 dah sedia untuk dingap!

 makan ngan nasi beras putih+ beras merah

 ni masa tengah masak food walid semalam. ngamuk-ngamuk kat dapo tak tahu nak apa. bagi tomato sebijik dia makan pastu nangis luah-luah balik sambil sapu2 lidah. haha. tak sedap ke?=P

dinner walid. daging masak black pepper, telur dadar, sayur campur, sambal pedas berdesing T_T

food maryam masa travel

ni masa pergi bukit merah hari tu la. since ramai tanya kan..

ni bekalan bahan mentah.

instant rolles oat
roti
couscous
serbuk ikan bilis sangai
pear masak ranum (lembik senang nak makan)
kiwi
avocado
pisang
grapes
mentimun
prune

dalam perjalanan, biasa maryam makan food biasa jer. simpan dalam thermos. breakfast sayur/sweet potato/potato, ikan kod steam. nanti lenyek2 makan

lunch :creamy pasta

dan buah banyak banyak banyak sebab dia lagi suka makan snek sebenarnya kalau berjalan

dinner dah sampai hotel. malam ummi ngan walid ade dinner. maryam makan siap-siap kat bilik.

owh ni food ummi ngan walid. sowiii. kek 24 kilo untuk orang yang xsampai 50 sekali ngan budak..heaven u ols tambah lemak~ haha.

masa dinner maryam makan tembikai. habis comet baju. hehe

breakfast esok. bubur nasi hotel+ bilis sangai rumah mari

roti jugak ambik nak makan ngan telur rebus. tapi dia tak layan makan bubur nasi je


nak bertolak balik. buah banyak-banyak


lunch: couscous +avocado+ikan bilis+pisang

cous2 rendam air pana. lenyek ngan buah. done!

dinner oat+prune+banana..tapi dia tak nak..makan roti + prune rendam air lenyek2..done!

hahaha. begitulah menu maryam makan masa travel

sumber protein yang senang nya adalah ikan bilis sangai dan telur rebus...telur rebus singgah kat kedai mintak pon senang.

naseb baeklah maryam ni jenis semua makan. so tak de masalah lah nak bagi makan ape pon. dia jenis makan SEMUA buah..

 lama maryam tak makan oat

cubaan bagi oat, campur buah dia suka. mangga. (7 bulan ke atas)

mana best tak de yogurt kan. hehe.oat_mangga+yogurt (8 bulan ke atas)

semalam maryam makan stew daging. dah banyak hari dah makan nasi. esok kene masak pasta ni. dia mentahimcm xberapa elok.

bahan-bahan

2 oz daging cincang
1/4 bawang holland cincang
1 ulas bawang putih hiris
sedikit girisan leek 
sehelai daun salam
pure olive oil
1 sudu teh tepung atta
carrot
tomato
peas
sedikit serbuk lada hitam (kalau baby xmakan lagi skip jer)

masak daging dengan olive oil, ketepikan. tumis bawang dan leek dengan minyak yang sama sehingga wangi, masukkan tepung, kacau seminit dua..lepas tu masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau. masukkan serbuk lada hitam, daum salam, sayur-sayuran..masak sehingga sayur-sayuran masak.

stew daging makan ngan nasi beras putih+beras merah+ beras perang. haha. pentamak ummi ni semua nak campo


hidung dah ok. kulit baby, kejap jer dah baik kan=)

menu mata biru walid. lamb chop dengan baked fries dengan steamed cauliflower, carrot dengan tomato ngan tinum jepong ngan black pepper sauce

meja 'study' maryam

 hari jumaat i gesel-gesel husband pergi ikea. nak cari meja 'study' untuk maryam. mula-mula ambik model lain yang asing meja dan kerusinya. nak ambik marna merah, tapi hitam jer yang ado..harga model tu untuk meja RM 129.90, kerusi 1 ketul RM 49.90 so total RM 230 la jugak lebih kurang. walid tutup mata jelah sebab maryam *ehem* ummi yang nak sangat kan. tapi bila jalan-jalan cari barang ternampak model ni kat rak. RM 99 jer satu set siap ngan meja kerusi.

semangat sampai jer terus pasang

meja i pasang sendiri. pastu husband datang join masa nak pasang kerusi. dia buat-buat bentuk kerusi pastu baru nak pasang skru..pastu merungut skru tak masuk la ape la.

"dey~ manual orang kasi guna la. ikut step-step dia kasi"

"alah..tak de manual pon i boleh buat la~"

ego lelaki disitu. hahaha. so biarlah dia pasang tak tengok manual. tapi dia la yang siap dulu pasang. pastu berlagak. dia tak tengok manual pon siap cepat. heles. i saja kasi can bagi u menang. huh! =P


ok lah untuk harga rm 99 kan? i suka jer..maryam pon suka lagi la stakat ni..haha

baru siap pasang..dia letak kura-kura duduk satu, satu dia duduk. so pandai~ haha..bebear, kura-kura, moomoo jelah kawan maryam kan?=P

kalau yang rm 230 ofkos la lagi mahal lagi cantik. and kalau orang besau nak duduk pon mcm lagi yakin la. tengok kat show room tu..yang ni lembut sikit. tapi untuk budak sampai tadika boleh lah lagi kerusi ni nak support. husband siap pesan, 

" jangan ummi pulak g duduk atas kerusi ni sudah"

tak cukup kerusi ka rumah kita sampai i nak kene duduk atas kerusi maryam???grrr

owh. maryam dapat meja, ummi dapat dah deep freezer..hehe. dapat dengan pesanan,

"u nak ape-ape semua i beli, kalau u tak jaga i lagi tak tahu lah"

nak soh jaga ape bie? meh meh..


monday blues

 perangai maryam kalau hari isnin. asyik nak nangis jer. sebab dah 2 hari dok bermanja ngan walid jer kut. hari isnin tak boleh tinggal, nak suruh orang mengadap layan dia jer.

ummi tak layan sebab tengah jemur baju..tertido sorang-sorang atas sofa. sungguh mengkesiankan.

sebab labu sangat banyak kat rumah ni, so sekarang adalah perjuangan menghabiskan labu. tengahri, maryam makan salmon stew labu

salmon
satu ulas bawang merah, 
sedikit bawang holland
sedikit halia
1/4 batang celery
labu dipotong dadu
1/2 biji tomato
sedikit bunga kubis
italian mixherb

tumis bawang dan halia dengan sedikit pure olive oil. masukkan air. masukkan celery, ikan, tomato, labu. masak sehingga labu lembut, akir sekali masukkan herb dan bunga kubis.

mula-mula suap dia atas pinggan dia, tapi dia tak nak. satu suap pon tak masuk dia geleng-geleng. so i berlakon makan dalam pinggan yang biasa i guna. makan sambil tengok tv, dia yang datang bukak mulut. hihi. kene tipu. padahal food sama jer. so semalam, lunch ummi ngan maryam sama jer. ummi pon makan fish stew takde garam gula jugak. setap dah. dah rasa manis labu tu.

sebab ummi dah habiskan salmon maryam, petang kene masak lain lah. untuk dinner maryam makan masak lemak kuning udang dengan labu dan bayam.


1 cawan santan
1/2 ulas bawang merah, 1/2 ulas bawang putih, sedikit halia, sedikit kunyit (ditumbuk)
labu
bayam
2 ekor udang

masak santan ngan bahan tumbuk sehingga gelegak, masukkan labu. bila labu sudah lembut masukkan udang. akhir sekali masukkan bayam.


untuk ummi ngan walid. ikan cencaru sumbat dengan bayam masak lomak

xsiap lagi

 lempeng labu

 breakfast maryam hari ni..lama tak melempeng..huhu tok maryam datang hari tu bawak 2 biji labu. makan la labu sampai lebam maryam =P


sebiji telur + 4-5 oz labu steam + 1/4 cawan tepung atta +1/4 cawan susu/air. lenyek sebati semua. kalau nak lagi lembut tambah air.. sapur sedikit minyak atas pan, masak sehingga masak dengan api perlahan.

maryam excited pagi ni masuk dalam bilik aktiviti dia yang tak siap pon lagi ummi buat. bagun pagi-pagi sengih bila bilik dia berubah wajah. hihi


 kene beli lagi bola-bola tu sikit sangat. hehe


lepas siap bilik ni ummi buat activiti sama-sama ok? buat sementara ni maryam main la sorang dulu sebab ummi buzy sampai weekend ni.
